Mr. and Mrs. Trần Văn Nhỏ live with their daughter, who is a single mother with tow young children. Their daughter works as a labourer at a shrimp factory on casual basis. The family’s livelihood is from very small scale of selling home-made cakes and corns and their daughter small wage to sustain themselves.
In consultation with the family and their capacity in breeding pigs, Rima Foundation provided 4 piglets and supply of feeds. Our initiative aimed at helping them to improve their income through breeding and selling pigs.
This initiative is likely aimed at helping them to expand their sources of income through breeding and selling pigs, which will provide additional income alongside selling cakes and corns to bring stability and improve their economic situation.
